Writing in the January 2, 2019 issue of the Wall Street Journal (“Movie, TV Archive at Risk, Suit Says”), Katie Honan notes that by producing toxic fumes and tremors, the New York State mandated cleanup of a nearby gravel and soil recycling plant in Inwood, Long Island may threaten the climate-controlled warehouse in which Sony Pictures stores its film archive. So many factors go into creating a collection storage facility that safeguards the words within.
