In the October 2019 issue of WSJ, the monthly magazine of The Wall Street Journal, Sallie Lewis Longoria presents some facts and statistics about the Louvre's newly constructed storage facility in Lievin, 120 miles north of Paris ( "Facts & Stats: The Louvre").  Built at a cost of 60 million Euros and with room to store 250,000 art works, it must be the envy of every museum with a large collection.   #conservationinthenewsly constructed​
