Nominations are being accepted for the 2025 CAA/AIC Award for Distnction in Scholarship and Conservation...The deadline for nominations is September 1, 2024.
The CAA/AIC Award for Distinction in Scholarship and Conservation was initiated in 1990 (as the “CAA/Heritage Preservation Award for Distinction in Scholarship and Conservation”) for an outstanding contribution by one or more persons who have enhanced understanding of art through the application of knowledge and experience in conservation, art history, and art. Nominees do not have to be members of the College Art Association or American Institute for Conservation. Information about past awardees can be found here.
Nomination forms can be found here. Letters of recommendation should be sent to cbuckley@collegeart.org. Two to three letters are customary; up to five will be accepted..
