Bianca is an Associate Conservator of Paintings and Programs Manager at the Balboa Art Conservation Center, and is the Program Manager for the Andrew W. Mellon Opportunity for Diversity in Conservation. She is also a cofounder of Materia: Journal of Technical Art History. Bianca serves as co-chair of AIC's Equity and Inclusion Committee, is a member of the AIC's Nominating Committee, and is a former member of the Paintings Specialty Group Board. She earned her M.S. in Art Conservation from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation and her B.A. in Art Conservation at the University of Delaware.
