Biography

Dina Anchin is a Painting Conservator at the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C. She holds an M.A. in Conservation of Art and Cultural Heritage, with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Paintings Conservation from Buffalo State University and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Art Conservation from Studio Art Centers International, Florence, Italy. Previously, she served as an Andrew W. Mellon Fellow in Paintings Conservation at the National Gallery of Art and Fellow in Painting Conservation at the Straus Center for Conservation and Technical Studies/Harvard Art Museums. She completed her graduate internship at The Mauritshuis and The Cleveland Museum of Art. Other previous conservation experience includes internships at the Yale University Art Gallery, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Applebaum and Himmelstein Conservation Lab, New York City.
