Each year, we host a conference in a different city and online. It features more than 200 presentations given over three days on a variety of conservation, research, and collection care topics. We also offer several workshop and tour options onsite before and after the conference. Since 2020, attendees have been able to attend online as well.

3 Ways to Participate

1. Submit a paper

We host a Call for Submissions each summer, where we first ask for track proposals, then open our abstract portal in September. We offer more than 200 spots to presenters and more than 100 poster slots.

2. Attend onsite or online

  • Registration opens up in fall each year. Register early for the best price.
  • We offer hybrid meetings - perfect for those who are unable to travel.
  • Want to give back? Our Community Partnership Project connects volunteers with local projects at the meeting. 

3. Exhibit or sponsor an event

Check our Exhibit Hall page for details and a prospectus. Exhibiting at our meeting is a cost-effective way to reach your customers in our field.
